Penyemprotan di bantu dari Dinas Perdangan Kota Madiun serta Bhabinkamtibmas, Babinsa, dan Perangkat Kelurahan Manisrejo. Dihimbau untuk masyarakat wilayah Kelurahan Manisrejo agar tetap mematuhi Protokol Kesehatan dan tetap menjaga Imun.
