Berdasarkan kompilasi data responden yang merupakan warga setempat, Kelurahan Manisrejo berhasil meraih skor indeks sebesar 84,091.<\/p>\n<p>Capaian ini mencerminkan kualitas pelayanan publik yang diselenggarakan oleh aparatur kelurahan, mulai dari layanan administrasi kependudukan hingga responsivitas terhadap keluhan warga. Namun, angka ini bukan sekadar statistik, melainkan amanah bagi kami untuk terus berinovasi dan mempertahankan standar pelayanan prima di tahun-tahun mendatang,&#8221; ujar Lurah Manisrejo dalam keterangannya.<\/p>\n<p>Indikator penilaian dalam survei ini meliputi kecepatan waktu pelayanan, kesesuaian persyaratan, kompetensi petugas, hingga kualitas sarana dan prasarana kantor kelurahan.
