Agenda kali ini fokus pada dua hal utama: peningkatan sistem pengelolaan sampah di lingkungan kantor serta penguatan kembali Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi (Tupoksi) masing-masing pegawai.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam arahannya, pimpinan menekankan pentingnya kesadaran lingkungan dimulai dari lingkup terkecil, yaitu meja kerja masing-masing. Pegawai diingatkan untuk mulai disiplin memisahkan sampah Organik (sisa makanan, daun) dan Anorganik (plastik, kertas, botol)<\/p>\n<p>Selain membahas kebersihan, rapat ini menjadi momentum untuk melakukan refreshment atau penyegaran kembali terkait Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi (Tupoksi). Hal ini dilakukan guna memastikan seluruh program kerja berjalan sesuai target dan menghindari adanya tumpang tindih tanggung jawab.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKita perlu menata kembali manajemen lingkungan kantor sekaligus memastikan setiap individu memahami tanggung jawabnya. Disiplin dalam mengelola sampah mencerminkan disiplin dalam bekerja,\u201d ujar Lurah Manisrejo dalam rapat tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ditutup dengan sesi diskusi dan komitmen bersama untuk menjaga konsistensi kebersihan lingkungan kantor serta peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik sesuai dengan tupoksi yang telah ditetapkan.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone
