{"id":4926,"date":"2026-01-22T09:00:37","date_gmt":"2026-01-22T02:00:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kelurahan-manisrejo.madiunkota.go.id\/?p=4926"},"modified":"2026-02-02T09:31:59","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T02:31:59","slug":"dinas-perkim-lakukan-survey-ulang-tanah-fasilitas-umum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kelurahan-manisrejo.madiunkota.go.id\/index.php\/2026\/01\/22\/dinas-perkim-lakukan-survey-ulang-tanah-fasilitas-umum\/","title":{"rendered":"Dinas PERKIM lakukan Survey Ulang Tanah Fasilitas Umum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dalam upaya memastikan akurasi data infrastruktur dan meningkatkan kualitas sarana transportasi lingkungan, Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (Perkim) melaksanakan kegiatan survei ukur ulang jalan dan fasilitas umum (fasum), pada Kamis, 22 Januari 2026<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan melibatkan jajaran perangkat kelurahan dan kecamatan serta tokoh masyarakat setempat. Proses pengukuran ulang ini bertujuan untuk memverifikasi batas-batas lahan fasilitas bersama guna menghindari potensi sengketa di masa depan serta sebagai langkah awal perencanaan pengaspalan\/betonisasi jalan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSurvei lapangan ini sangat penting agar pembangunan yang kita rencanakan tepat sasaran, baik dari segi dimensi luas maupun volume material yang dibutuhkan nantinya,\u201d ujar petugas ukur, perwakilan dari Dinas Perkim.<\/p>\n<p>Selain pengukuran jalan, tim juga mengecek kondisi drainase dan lampu penerangan jalan umum (PJU) di sekitar lokasi. Partisipasi aktif warga dalam mendampingi petugas menunjukkan tingginya semangat gotong royong dalam membangun lingkungan yang lebih tertata dan nyaman bagi semua pengguna jalan.<\/p>\n<p>Diharapkan dengan adanya ukur ulang ini, proses administrasi aset daerah menjadi lebih tertib dan realisasi perbaikan infrastruktur dapat segera dilaksanakan pada tahun anggaran ini.<\/p>\n<p><img
